Our 2017 Dinner and Auction will be held on
Saturday, November 4, 2017
at Immanuel UMC, Main Campus
2551 Dixie Hwy. Lakeside Park, KY 41017
Doors will open at 5:15pm and Dinner will be served at 5:30pm
Tickets are $10 and are available in advance through your congregation or at the door. Advanced purchase is appreciated because it helps us properly prepare seating and food amount.
If you want to be a ticket sales representative for your group or congregation please contact us in September. We will have tickets available via electronic distribution. You will be able to print them, sell them and turn in the collected funds at the event.
For the auction portion we typically auction off cakes and other large items. Usually Pastors will donate cakes, however, items such as quilts have been donated by other groups and individuals and done very well! If you wish to donate any items or a cake please let us know by the end of October so we can prepare ahead of time. Items can just be dropped off at the start of the event. We just like to have an idea of what to expect for logistical purposes.
